Delivery & Returns

PAYMENT

Prices on the website are retail prices in Euros, taxes included (20% VAT). Orders are shipped from France. Payment can be made by bank tranfer or by Paypal, a fast and secured system. A Paypal account or a credit card are necessary to order. Bank orders, personal checks or CoD (Cash on Delivery) are not accepted. Placing your order means that you are engaged in a contract, and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered, as well as all our 'general sales conditions'.

 

DELIVERY

Shipping in France is by 'Colissimo recommandé'. For Europe and for the rest of the world shipping is by certified mail. Orders are processed within the week of their reception (30 days maximum). Goods will be delivered according to their availability.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping delays are 3 to 7 workdays for France and 5 to 10 workdays for the rest of the world (Europe and DOM included). France (Colissimo recommandé) and Europe/Dom/rest of the world (certified mail) : FREE DELIVERY

 

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Items can be exchanged or reimbursed within 7 days after the delivery date by sending them back to us in perfect conditions, along with bank account details. After this limit, meilleurAmi may refuse any request for exchange or refund. For countries other than the European Union, please indicate 'return of non-conforming merchandise' on customs forms. Shipping fees on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, meilleurAmi will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. The law allows that the purchaser of a product has up to seven clear days to do this, counting from the delivery of the order.
